The Hedgehog’s Stube is a special corner, entirely crafted from cirmolo wood, where the scent of the wood blends with the warmth of hospitality. It’s an authentic place, perfect for gathering with friends, celebrating together, and experiencing true Trentino tradition. The name pays homage to our family’s nickname, a symbol of deep roots and authentic bonds.
